It is made in the heart of Padana Valley, the most important agricultural land of Italy, where agricutulture has been practiced for over 2000 years and a typical hard cheese has been made for 900 years.

It is an absolutely natural cheese, made only with fresh milk, vegetable rennet and sea salt, without any preservatives added and naturally lactose free.

We offer you it at a minimum aging time of 16 months when it has reached a high organoleptic and sensorial level.
