Pie crust dough with poppy seeds

Pie crust dough with poppy seeds
- Della bruna butter, 3,5 oz
- pastry flour, 7 oz
- ice water, 2,4 fl. oz
- salt, a pinch
- poppy seeds, 1 oz
Put the sieved flour with a hole in the middle on a pastry board; Add the salt, the poppy seeds and the cold butter cut in pieces. Start to knead, add gradually the ice water. Knead until you obtain a uniform mixture without granulation.
Roll up the mixture in the wrap and let it rest for at least one hour. At this point the pie crust dough is ready to be used to make strudel or pie to fill at will.
