Nobile Butter

A unique and extraordinary product, born from a supply chain with animal welfare at its core. The study was performed by the University of Bologna, in collaboration with Lattemilia.

Cows are fed with a great amount of fresh fodder from our pastures and flaxseeds. As it is widely known, CLA and Omega 3 are a precious aid to contrast cholesterol and for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. This butter originates from the cream of our territory and is lactose-free.
