This cheese presents itself like the classic GRANA PADANO DOP even though processing and composition make it a unique product.

Lisozima anti-fermenting agents (natural egg protein) are not used to produce this Grana Padano.

Its composition makes it an artisanal product, an aspect that separates it from a classic Grana Padano.

The product is available with a minimum seasoning of 16 months and up to more than 20 months.
